- Returns are accepted only if the product has been used less than 10%.
- Products that are more than 10% used cannot be returned.

- Only 50ml products are eligible for return.
- Testers or small-sized items are not returnable.
3. Condition of Packaging
If the bottle or box is damaged, additional charges will apply:
- Bottle damage charges: Rs. 150
- Box damage charges: Rs. 100
4. Return Approval
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed only after approval.
5. Refund Timeline
- Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 15 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
